I dined at Queso Salsa for the first time yesterday afternoon. I was searching for a new favorite Mexican spot, and I have definitely found it. I don't remember the exact name of my dish, but it was basically shrimp fajitas served in half a pineapple with queso melted on top. It also came with chicken, but I asked for it with only shrimp, so they are willing to accommodate special dietary needs. I was also given tortillas, so I mixed my shrimp and vegetables with rice, beans, and salsa inside the tortilla. The grilled pineapple added so much delicious flavor to the dish. My Texas Margarita was also on point with plenty of tequila and had a perfect balance of liquor and mixers. The staff was also impeccable with friendly, attentive, and fast service with a smile. I immediately told my friends and family about Queso Salsa and will be back very soon.

INCREDIBLE little place in a not-easy-to-find part of town. We have been here 7 times in 3 weeks and they deliver every time. Also: Pozole!!!! Green chile chicken! No one has this outside of NM and TX! It is wonderful.. Food is 5 stars. FOR. SURE. Service is quick, friendly, and all working together. Love this place

Stopped here on the way back from Greensboro for a quick dinner wound up really enjoying the atmosphere and food. It was the day after my son‘s birthday so we had them sing to him. Would totally go back.

It felt like I stumbled upon an oasis in the middle of the Sahara Desert when I walked into this restaurant in mid June. I showed up a weary traveler in search of some nourishment. They greeted me with open arms and gave me some of the most attentive service I’ve had in a long time. You wouldn’t expect to find such a fine establishment in the middle of Salisbury, North Carolina, but this state is full of surprises. When I sat down, I was teleported into a beach side restaurant near the shores of Cabo, Mexico. The waiter recommended the burrito Mexican, so I obliged. He did not disappoint to say the least. The portion was massive, and every bite left me wanting more. The blend of meat and queso deliciousness disappeared in an instant. This pair with a cold Dos Equis has officially made this the greatest Friday of all time. The best part of this all is the check came out to 22. In this economy? Get out of here. If you have the opportunity to visit this hole in the wall, I highly recommend. But be warned, you will be a regular visitor. Salud!

We loved it! My 12 year old daughter wasn't a fan, but it's because she wanted a cheeseburger, but there's only one on listed the kids menu and it said for under 10 only. I'm assuming she could have still got one and I could have paid a different price rather than the "kids menu" price? She didn't want me to ask and ended up getting a quesadilla. I really hope she can actually get a cheeseburger when we return. I think it's the best Mexican around!

Loved this! I get pollo con crema at pretty much every single Mexican restaurant I go to and let me tell you this did not disappoint. The chicken was juicy and tender and cooked perfectly. It was a cute little location down town and really busy which is always a good sign. The building was clean and the service was nice and efficient. I would highly recommend this Mexican restaurant.

This is hands-down our favorite local Mexican spot! Located right in the heart of downtown Spencer, just across from the NC Transportation Museum, it’s the perfect place for a family dinner. My son especially loves when we take the golf cart over. He gets to watch the trains while we eat yummy food, and sometimes we even swing by the museum afterward. The food is consistently fresh and delicious, the prices are great, and the staff is awesome and we have a great experience every time! It’s more than just a restaurant, it’s a special part of our community that we’re so grateful to have. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out!

My friend Laura and I have lunch here. The rice and the chicken in our dish were seasoned perfectly. The service here was exceptional. The food was exceptional. This restaurant is also close to my house and that makes it even better
